Remover bien y colocar en una charola al horno precaletado a (180ºC=356ºF) por 30 minutos o hasta que esten bien cocidos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="ES-TRAD"&gt;*En una olla sofreir las cebollas con el aceite vegetal hasta que esten nacaradas, luego agregar los jitomates rostizados y sofreir todo junto por 20min para que suelte su jugo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="ES-TRAD"&gt;*Agregar el consome y cocinar a fuego bajo por 30minutos, retirar del fuego, licuar y dejar reposar (si se desea menos rustica pasar por un colador despues de licuar)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="ES-TRAD"&gt;*Colocar la leche en una olla chica al fuego medio hasta que hierva, agregar el queso parmesano y una vez fundido agregar la crema y bajar el fuego lo mas posible y dejarlo unos 15 min que agarre buen sabor. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="ES-TRAD"&gt;*Agregar sal y pimienta al gusto y colar por un tamiz muy delgado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="ES-TRAD"&gt;*Introducir la mezcla en un sifon y agregar una carga N2o y dejar enfriar a temperatura ambiente (de no tenere sifon, enfriar la mezcla y batir energicamente)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span lang="ES-TRAD"&gt;*Licuar el aceite de oliva con el cilantro y tamizar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;span lang="ES-TRAD" style="font-family: Cambria; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;En este caso decidimos probar el DBGB de Daniel Boulud, impresionante a primera vista, te quedas realmente asombrado al leer cada refran escrito sobre los vidrios de todo el restaurante ademas de ver quienes los escriben como por ejemplo:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;"&lt;b&gt;The only&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;b&gt; time to &lt;em&gt;eat diet food&lt;/em&gt; is while you're waiting for the steak to &lt;em&gt;cook" Julia Child&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;0&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="st"&gt;Les comento que la musica no estaba tan adecuada para el lugar, cosa que ni notas al recibir una atención tan distiguinda como lo es en DBGB.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="st"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;span class="st"&gt;Ya llegando al menú queria de todo pero obviamente no iva a poder comerlo asi que estas fueron nuestras opciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; Cena con sabores firmes y refrescantes, con excelente ambiente y atencion.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Comenzando por el amuse bouche ya sabia que el resto iva a ser lo que esperaba, comenzamos con un flan de jamon serrano con un miniprofiterol de grana padano, estupendo. &lt;br /&gt;De primer plato pedimos una crema de zanahoria con jengibre sobre noodles de naranja y yo pedi una crema fria de pepino con cola de langosta y un quenelle de creme fraiche.&lt;br /&gt;Luego pedimos un atun abrazado y creo que estaba cocinado al carbón y un pargo sobre vegetales y almejas en boullabaise. Para culminar la velada nos dieron de mini postres, sorbet de mango natural exquisitos. Buen restaurant y gran nivel gastronomico.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ahora el SAFFRON, restaurante de comida thailandesa contemporanea ubicado sobre deck de madera o sala interior con gran vista hacia los manglares, intimo y muy romantico.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Comenzamos con profiterol de coco y un curry buenisimo, luego inicio el menu degustacion con algunos satay de pollo y res en varias preparaciones, luego la respectiva Tom Ka Gai, despues unas gambas crocantes geniales y filet de res al estilo thai con arroz jazmin a elegir (con azafrá, natural, con nueces y otro con canela y anis), para concluir y no olvidar nuestra cena una creme brulee de coco, realmente nunca habia comido thai con un sabor tan acentuado y sabroso, tanto asi que confieso que no amo comer thai pero esta comida podria comerla a diario.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; ha logrado cumplir y sobrepasar todas mis expectativas y hasta me atrevería a decir que ha logrado superar muchas de mis recetas,&amp;nbsp; él es quien dirige la cocina de &lt;b&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.petitbouchee.com.ve/"&gt;Petit Bouchée&lt;/a&gt; &lt;/b&gt;lo cuales suplen los productos de &lt;b&gt;Pb express&lt;/b&gt;, una persona bien capacitada, optimista, con deseos de aprender y enseñar... con una humildad que dios se la guarde!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No solo es mi "Mano Derecha" por todo esto sino porque tambien ha ganado la confianza de mi esposa y de todos mis familiares, al mismo tiempo ha compartido mis proyectos, mis visiones, mis logros, mis derrotas, mis alegrias y hasta mis lagrimas. Si pudiera tenerlo a mi lado toda la vida sería como un gran Talisman pero tambien seria muy egoista de no verlo a él como la cabeza de esta cocina.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Con el pasar del tiempo su capacidad de respuesta en cuanto a abastecer la tienda, montar caterings, almuerzos empacados al vacío y muchas labores más has sido cada vez mayor, por lo cual les presento a &lt;b&gt;Pedro&lt;/b&gt; es quien dirige junto a mi esta cocina sincera, sencilla y sabrosa como lo es &lt;b&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.petitbouchee.com.ve/"&gt;Petit Bouchée&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/b&gt;&amp;nbsp; &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;
